My mama took me on a walk this afternoon. She took these pictures:

And then we got home and DADDY was waiting!!! And these are the pictures mama took then:

I love daddy so much! He makes me SO HAPPY!

And mama was like, uh, what am I, chopped liver?!

I laughed at that.

And I told her, I love you too!

And then daddy took me to play.

yay!

Now, I am going to bed. happy almost halloween!!

Little Red Snuggly Cap

I put on this super duper cute red outfit {hello, signature color!} so mama and I could brave the cold on our way to Whole Foods tonight. I like to be toasty warm AND stylish. But my mom wouldn't let me play with her camera so I got really sad. My tears were so cute my mom took a ton of pictures anyway.

The sweater and hat were even my mama's back when she was my age, so it should have been a special treat to wear these. {Note, mama couldn't remember back to when she wore it, so she didn't know which way the hat goes.}

Personality Parade

My grandma Kate asked my mom the other day what my personality is like. Well, it's hard to say, because I am a complex woman. But there are a few traits that are becoming evident.

For example, inquisitiveness and stubbornness. Some evidence (these photos were all taken within 1 minute or so):

Hello friends,

I have a bad cold so I won't be writing too much tonight. Poor mama has it too. But as bad as she feels, it makes her (and Daddy) feel worse that poor little moi doesn't feel good.

My poor sweet little nose has been very stuffed up and I have a cough. Last night, we all had to sit in the hot, steamy bathroom with the shower going so I could have a chance to take some deep breaths.

Mama and Daddy ended up taking turns sleeping on the floor in my room so they could keep an eye on me. So, anyway, here's hoping tonight is a little better for everyone.

Homecoming!

My mama went to Northern California this weekend for Stanford's Homecoming. She left me to take care of Daddy and Champ. It was a lot of work, but fun. As for mama and her trip, she said the best part of Homecoming was coming home to me!

But, when pressed for details, she did admit to lots of good times, school spirit, and pi phi love all weekend long!!

Toof aches

As I may have mentioned, I am teething. Therefore, I am interested in chewing on the strangest things, such as books, table legs, stools, and my mama's chin.

Yesterday as usual I went looking for something good to sink my {burgeoning} teeth into.

Mama handed me Sophie, but I saw something that looked more tempting.

Sunday is football day at my house.


I am big into my fantasy football league. I am killin' it right now.

Note my cup of joe..I haven't been sleeping well lately.
